“We had the same landscaping service for 4+ years. Not that they were particularly great at their jobs but primarily because they showed up! They had broken small lights and other lawn decor before but we just chalked it up to understandable mistakes and asked them to please be more careful. Never had a problem right up until 2 large firepits were broken and the evidence was "hidden". When we tried to contact the company an hour later to try to come to some sort of compromise, we were ghosted. We weren't even asking for money for our firepits because they were expensive and this was a small company but we weren't shown any professional courtesy at all. They never returned our calls or came back. Well, I said all that to say if it had not been for that bad experience we would have never found what a true landscaping company should be! Silver Fern is a breath of fresh air and we are so happy to have found them. From day 1, the difference was undeniable from front desk to offsite team. Miguel is amazing! We so appreciate his continued professionalism and his vast knowledge of the maintenance of our many plants.
