Seriously, this entire office is full of the purest and most wholesome of angels. I came in an hour before close, almost in tears myself, because my daughters eye was red and swollen, and we thought a contact was lost in it. It turns out she had an ulcer and will need some drops to make sure it heals up. The doctor agreed to see us, (on his already overfull schedule) and was so so kind. The front office staff handled my anxiety and truly made me feel like a friend asking for a favor, and not just a customer off the street. This is a fantastic place to get your glasses done. I have very hard eyes to work with, also. I used to be near legally blind, as I used to have 20/440 vision in each eye. When I finally got my cataracts worked on (by Barnet and Dulaney Perkins Eye Center)... they put a lens which focussed at 22 inches into my right eye and one which focussed at infinity in my left eye. Not only that, but one eye focusses higher than the other eye so I have to have what is termed 'prism' of 2.0 in one eye and -2.0 in the other eye. Regardless of all that, Dr. Clingan always seems to tweak just a tiny bit more ability to focus out of my prescription. As for the speed of getting my glasses back... they said it would be 2 weeks and it was actually a week and 5 days even though the glasses were a very difficult prescription including Progressive Lenses, Prism adjustment in both eyes, dissimilar focus in both eyes and dissimilar focus in the lower reading area of the lens. Kathi is just amazing; I always can trust her decisions. Last time I had her put a very low bifocal area and I loved how I could watch TV with that pair without the reading area getting in the way even with my head tipped-back. This time, because I chose progressive lenses, instead of bifocals; she said not to drop the reading area and she was completely right. This pair works perfectly even when I'm typing on the computer. And, all of the people at the front desk were all extremely patient and lovely to me as well. Thanks so much. If I could give six stars, I would do that.

This place was great! Saw Doc quickly and efficiently. Great selection of glasses in all price ranges! Kathi the manager was so helpful! She helped me pick out perfect frames and gave me honest feedback. She helps keep costs down while letting you know what you need. I will definitely be coming back to this location, even if it’s only to see Kathi!
