Both of my kids have severe artificial dye allergies and the dentist was very cautious and had no problems checking labels and changing treatment plans when i advised of the allergy. The Dr was very knowledgeable and made sure my son was comfortable and for the first time my son was actually not scared of the dentist.

I called Robin on Tuesday Dec 26th to see if I could make an appointment for my child to get her hair cut and ask how much she charges and Robin was so nice on the phone set up an appointment for the next day Dec 27th we got to her salon and she had the biggest smile on her face and was so excited to meet me and my daughter she is the kindest person ever and she got the biggest kick out of my child... I was blown away at the professionalism and service I received from The Home Depot for our new Milgard Windows. The sales person, Joe, showed up on time (which as we all know in Bullhead City is a rarity), and was so helpful. I would recommend this guy to anyone. Our new windows are amazing, and dramatically cut down the heat, dust and air coming through our old windows.
Called and was serviced the next afternoon!! Super nice guy named Tom came out and did a great job!!!

went to ER and they told me i had an abesess. got referred to Dr Chang and made an appnt. im the kind of dope that doesnt go to the dentist until i have too. let me tell you, ive never had a better experience at Dr Changs facility. Front Desk A+, Dental Assist [?] or Hygienist A+, Dr Chang .... is there anything higher than A+ ? i have another appnt in a couple months and im damn near looking forward to it. THANK YOU Dr Chang and all his staff.

This was my first time at Crossroads. Found them through a web search, they seemed to have the best reviews here in BHC. I was surprised I was able to get an initial appointment the very next day - very unusual from my past experiences with dentists.
I showed up early to fill out the paperwork, but once that was done, was brought in right on time. Andrea was the hygienist. She was very nice, courteous and explained throughout what was happening, or going to happen.
Andrea went to work, very thoroughly, and efficiently. X-rays were taken, teeth were cleaned, flossed, polished and some fluoride thrown on top for fun. And Kourosh (sp?) came in and did the final check.
They were both very friendly, and answered questions, offered suggestions, and I felt genuinely interested in my dental health.
My only question was the number of x-rays and scanning. I've never had that many pictures taken in over 60 years. But if it helps, then it's all good.

I landed in Bullhead City on a flight from Minnesota and my bridge fell out! The team here got me in within an hour and cemented it back in. They were kind, quick, and sensitive with my teeth. Can't recommend them enough, what an awesome place!
Love this Dentists office both the father and son are great Dentists. I travel from Phoenix to Bullhead to use this Dentists . His staff are super friendly. Never had a Dentists that makes me feel as comfortable as this . Plus don't feel they pad the bill like other Dentists.
I brought my mom to Dr. Russell Rima as an emergency while we were on vacation. Dr. Rima took very good care of my mom and explained to her and I what he was doing to help relieve her extreme pain. My mom was impressed and very thankful to Dr. Rima for his care, expertise and kindness. His wife takes care of the front desk and was very nice, starting with our call to the office yesterday and fitting my mom in today. I would recommend Dr. Rima to any locals who need a great dentist. We may drive back form Calif to see him again. Thank you Dr. Rima and staff for taking care of my mom. May God continue to bless you and all you do.

Dr Hagan is great. I’m getting old and have alot of back pain, but he always “straightens” me out and gets me feeling better. Always a great experience going there, such good people. I’m glad I found them.
I have been with Dr. Sheila for about 3 years and my life has improved so significantly! I’m now 69 and no longer suffer from headaches, my balance is much better and overall I feel so much better. Had a new referral today to finish up a mole and freeze some new spots. Adrian took care of that for me and got me some itch creme for my neuropathy. He took the time to look me over thoroughly and address all my spots n moles. Took pics to compare at follow up visits. I was outside in a half hour.
I went to another dermatology place here in Bullhead first and it was not good. They were milking my Insurance. Calling me in for appointments and saying they didn't have the cream for the treatment. Wasted trip...they should have cancelled. They also tried to Bill my insurance for an uncertified practitioner. Suggest going to Adrian, a good value for your time/benefits.

They were the only ones who would make room for an emergency appointment for our pup, Harvey. I was so pleased and surprised when Dr. Gupta called a couple of days later to see how he was doing. Never had a veterinarian personally call for a wellness check. Very caring.
So my mom used to take our dogs Winnie and Tipsy to another groomer to get their nails cut and it was stressful for them. She then she tried Sandy's and our dogs were so calm and allowed them to trim their nails without being told to give them benadryl. When we left, our dogs were happy and prancing.
