Fast service and helpful. Replaced PC cooler and completely rebuilt my son's PC. My son thought he ruined his build and Sing was able to rebuild and make it look great. My son was so happy he cried in excitement. Recommend this place for any PC parts or repairs.
I brought in my 11 year old MSI laptop that suddenly wouldn't boot up. I had been using it with no issues, and panicked when I didn't have a recent backup. I found JCO through a quick search and they were close by. The staff was extremely helpful and reassuring about trying to at least save all of my files.
A few days of troubleshooting did confirm my laptop was toast, but they assured me they could transfer the hard drive. I wasn't in a rush to get the drive back, but they still were fast and efficient.

Had a great experience troubleshooting my PC after a failed boot due to a new CPU. The staff at JCO performed a clear diagnosis and let me know that my motherboard needed to be flashed and new CPU installed after the flash. Sure enough, the service was performed and my PC is now running. Staff also helped me troubleshoot an issue with my RAM speeds. Staff is very helpful and gives great advice. I recommend taking your PC or laptop the get diagnosed!
