Excellent service! Responsive to phone call, diagnosed and fixed my laptop with what I for sure thought was a hardware issue, but Ivan diagnosed correctly (also the cheaper solution). Provided text updates with pictures/videos during process, as well as explanation. Saved me money by fixing issue that otherwise would have involved shipping back to Dell outside of warranty.
