At A Plus Plumbing of NWA, customers describe Adam as a very professional and courteous young man who arrives on time. He worked extremely hard repairing a leak on an in-ground pool, cutting a hole in the concrete deck, digging down, and finding the leak. His precise and clean cuts will assist in repouring the concrete, and he filled the dirt back in and cleaned the area. For a hot water heater installation, Adam was really friendly, took the time to explain everything clearly, and did a great, professional job. Another customer noted that Adam arrived and within 5 minutes had figured out the issue, restoring hot water. He is always friendly, explains everything, and answers any questions. For a hot water tank system repair, Adam responded quickly and was a top-shelf pro. Customers have saved his number and will call again. The guy was fast and knowledgeable, and for the price, customers could not have found better.
Adam is AMAZING!!!! I called 8 or 9 other companies needing emergency help for a problem I tried to fix but made WAY worse. He was the only one to answer as a REAL person. Everyone else had a weird AI person answering the calls and I had to request to talk to a real person. He was able to take me as an after hours call. He helped understand the problem, taught me why the fix was the fix, educated me on my home by showing me where the water shut off and even had me help him with the fix by asking me to turn the water off myself. Adam was very professional and courteous. He is a very nice young man. He arrived on time and worked extremely hard repairing a leak on our in-ground pool. He had to cut a hole in our concrete deck, dig down, find and repair the leak. He did an outstanding job. I was very happy with his plumbing repair. His precise and clean cuts in our concrete deck will assist in repouring the concrete on our pool deck. Adam filled the dirt back in after the repair and cleaned the area. I would recommend him to anyone needing a leak repaired on an in-ground pool.
