He helped understand the problem, taught me why the fix was the fix, educated me on my home by showing me where the water shut off and even had me help him with the fix by asking me to turn the water off myself. Once the emergency part was over, he came back the next day with the part and repaired my shower faucet. The next day, I told him the shower wasn’t getting hot after the fix. He knew exactly what was wrong and came the same morning to fix it. I am so grateful for him. And he gave me a GREAT recommendation for a restoration company (remember I said I made the problem WAY worse). The restoration company gave me an AMAZING rate.
