Johnson plumbing was so helpful and quick to service! My water heater went out last night, I called them this morning and they were able to get out to look at my place immediately and start working on replacing the water heater. They were professional, friendly, and efficient and I feel like I paid a fair price. Thank you Johnson Plumbing for making sure I didn't have to go long without hot water!
Ok, here goes...I have used Johnson Plumbing for several home projects and other issues I have had come up. Otis does such a fantastic job for me. He is professional and so polite. My toilet quit working and I need a fast response. I reached out to Johnson Plumbing and they had someone out that afternoon. Because they were so quick I wasn't able to be home. I normally do not let strangers into my home without me being there but I had no choice and trusted the company. The service man communicated with us the whole time. Telling me what he needed to do and if I approved the cost of repairs, I did and he began the work which only took him less than an hour to complete.
