I have put off getting a mammogram for 3 years since I moved because finding a good doctor is so hard. I went ahead and made an appointment here and I really liked this office. Everybody at the front desk was nice. The lady who took me back was kind and sympathetic (I don’t know her name). And then Tamara Flowers is who saw me. She was knowledgeable, kind, listened to me, asked good questions. She provided me with lots of medical options, and several natural options which I very much appreciated. And she didn’t make me feel pressured to do or not do anything, she was very supportive of my overall health. I am relieved and thankful to have a good place to go! I think she’s a nurse midwife, not a doctor, but I plan to see her from now on. I think there’s also a doctor in the office in case I do need that for something. It’s nice to have the office so close, right in Siloam.

We've been using A&A Equipment for parts and service on our machines for many years now. Jack, Jeff, and Jerad are always able to diagnose, repair, or replace whatever we bring them. They're friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and treat your equipment like it was their own. I go out of the way to visit A&A in Siloam Springs before going to other pressure washer service shops near me in the I-49 corridor. Great place, nice atmosphere. Ladies are good at their job and understanding. Might be hard to get in a total full body with an hour but still very good technique.

I brought my 13 year old son in for a cut, and the entire atmosphere was relaxed and super friendly. One of the barbers asked us what we'd need, and we waited almost no time before he was in the barber's seat. I explained what he wanted and my son showed him a pic. His style turned out better than I even expected. My son has curly hair and most places can't seem to get the cut quite right. Not here! The gentleman nailed it, and my son and I were both thrilled. The service was fast, excellent, and very reasonably priced! Every employee was warm, talkative, and helpful. Customer earned! We won't go anywhere else now.

I always go to Alexis to get my hair done. She is kind, professional, and very skilled. She does an excellent job blending my highlights in a way that looks so natural and beyond gorgeous. She does amazing on blonde hair that doesn't look faded or ashy! She always adds some curls at the end which gives me so much confidence. Her prices are also unbeatable, so the drive to Siloam is totally worth it for me!!

I only get my hair cut here. Ashleigh and Shayla are the only people who have ever cut my hair short correctly. Short meaning shoulder length anyways. These girls are so kind and funny! Never a dull moment. And they actually listen to what you want. 10/10

Ok so here’s my take on this, anyone that knows me knows I’m Carrie’s mom and her worst client!! HAHA funny but true. She did mine as a trial and listen I am telling you I had nothing and I mean NOTHING to complain about! This was one of the best things I have ever had done! Two day later I called her and wanted to do it again- I told her we need to make sure everything was right haha! I got the Head Spa and facial this was so relaxing and I have a high sensitivity due to a tick disease and none of the products bothered me and four days later my hair still felt baby soft even after washing it for three days. I am telling you this will be worth every minute and penny you spend. ❤

Awesome experience! Autumn evaluated me and suggested a bit of filler as well as my normal Botox. She has such an artistic eye which combined with her solid medical background gave me truly great results. I was pleasantly shocked what a positive difference it makes.I am not one to buy expensive creams but I bought the face cream she carries and it has made a noticeable difference in the ten days or so I have used it.

Every time I visit this vet, I'm more impressed. They are great with animals, very caring and compassionate. The doctor takes a conservative, practical approach to treatment and won't recommend unnecessary tests or procedures. The rates are extremely reasonable. I always leave with the feeling that our pets got great care.

Great place. I’m a member of a chain massage parlor. If you want an hour massage there you have to get a 90 minute. At Ocean you get a full 90 minutes. I’ll be canceling my membership. Amy is the best.
