We recently had an issue with our AC. What we hoped was an easy fix turned out to be anything but! We called Bernhardt and spoke to Jennifer who is so very professional, and she assured us they would be sending a tech to our home. What seemed like within an hour, Corey was here and assessed the situation. A new, major part was needed. That’s when we met Tanner, who was the man for install. We want to commend Corey, Tanner and Bernhardt for going above and beyond in the sweltering Little Rock heat! Customer service …. We thank you so much for getting this done by the end of the day. Our unit was still under warranty so, we paid only labor.
Mr. Tanner helped my family and I to get our AC back on quickly. It was in need of a motor fan repair, he even came out here in the rain and did it. I am very pleased with the service I’ve gotten from this company.
I was quickly worked into the schedule, great communication from the office and during the time the tech was here. Fixed the AC coil issue and was out the door with the house cooling immediately. Didn’t charge an arm and a leg and was honest about what was needed. Highly recommend!
