Had to call Freyaldenhoven out because a noise in my outside unit. The technician, Shaun Ashford, went above and beyond in the service he provided. He was able to handle a 2nd issue that I had a separate appointment for all in the same visit. I would absolutely Love it if all businesses did their Business like Freyaldenhoven Heating & Cooling does ! I get a call from the service Guy telling me he is on his way , receive a text as well letting me know he is on his way & the Name of the service Man . Also after he is finished with the job , I receive a text thanking me for using their business!! Needless to say , Unbelievable customer service !! We had Randy come to our house for HVAC maintenance sometime back in July. We've had several HVAC guys come out to do maintenance and have talked with them about how our upstairs is split off but it's still crazy hot upstairs. He took a look at the system and by taping off a loose piece of insulation, he fixed our AC problem 100% Our upstairs was usable the entire summer. Four years here with that problem and he solved it in 10 minutes. I'm sitting upstairs right now, quite cool under the vent and it reminded me I needed to leave a review and thank you <3 I genuinely appreciate your giving us back the top half of our home.Services: HVAC system maintenance
