“Their customer service is unprecedented. The response time and thoroughness of everyone from administrative positions to employees in the field has been amazing and appreciated. This past summer we came home from vacation to a hot house, and after only one phone call to Sara at TopNotch they had us up and running chilly again in less than 24hrs. We are on the membership plan and back in January before it was suppose to get really cold, I scheduled one of our two provided yearly servicing. The technician found an efficiency problem, and called in back up to help him resolve. They finished up that day and only charged us for parts. Their membership program has been amazing!
