Jeff and his team were timely, communicated extremely well, and made a process that I had dreaded one that I absolutely enjoyed! Every morning, Jeff was there (himself) first thing and he would explain what would happen that day. Every afternoon, I would receive an update. He and team were CLEAN. No Sheetrock dust, no cans or food left laying around…Jeff made sure things were livable as we went through this process. He told me 8 weeks and I didn’t believe him and it was 10 weeks but I caused the 2 week delay by changing my mind. He would have been on time. Best of all…the quality of his work is truly amazing.
