The barn doors wouldn’t stay open. Soon thereafter, cracks appeared in the sheetrock and the windows were sticking. That was nearly five years ago when we contracted with Foundation Pro to stabilize our footing and shoot polyurethane to raise our slab. Rudy and his crew did a great job and Evan, the poly tech, was equally professional and thorough. So here we are, nearly five years later, and the same tell-tale signs reappeared. We broke out our Foundation Pro warranty, took a deep breath and made the call. Honestly, we were apprehensive; hoping there wouldn’t be any issues when it came to the warranty. A couple phone calls, a few photos later and Lydia had us scheduled! 🙏 We were so pleased, relieved and thankful! To top it off, we were told Rudy and Evan would be back to make any necessary adjustments! Same crew, same professionalism!! Thank you for working with us and making the warranty process easy and smooth!

Jim was excellent! He went over everything that would need to be fixed and the cost. Walked through the whole process and that the additional cost of replacing the floors after the foundation was repaired. We decided to not fix the foundation at this time. But we will only deal with Jim from Foundation Pro if we decide to repair.
