“First of all the gentleman ( Paul ) that came out to service our treadmill in our home was exceptional. A decent man that had a vast amount of knowledge to handle the situation. This was no small job by any standards. It took hours! and two days of him having to come back once the parts came in. He got right to business and finished with a 10 star as far as we're concerned! He was honest, pleasant, kind, committed, caring and a breath of fresh air because it has been a VERY long time since we've had service like that...I'm talking decades! People just don't have the pride or integrity in a lot of things anymore and that's too bad for the people who remember when there was. WE LUCKED OUT! THANK YOU PAUL and God Bless! Paul should have a raise because he is really that good!“
