The service was very professional. The two installers came around 6:30 am and worked until 3pm nonstop, till the job was finished. They kept their work areas tidy and took their trash with them. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The new gutters really look great. The downspouts in the back are long enough that the water stays away from the foundation. Mom (Peggy Engstrum) watched them from the window when they installed the gutters over the walkway, and she was impressed with the three layers they put on..a plastic layer, the flashing, and the gutter itself. It has only rained once since they were installed, but they seem to be doing the job. Our old gutters were coming off the roof in two places, and we hadn't been able to clean them out recently. Now, we won't have to worry about cleaning leaves, pine needles, tassels, and acorns out of them. And mom says thank you for the chocolate chip cookies that are better and softer than the ones at the grocery store! 5 stars all the way.
We had LeafGuard gutters installed 8 years ago. I noticed on one side of my house the rain was spilling over the gutters so I called thinking they were clogged. John came out and greeted me with a smile and proceeded to clean all the gutters on the house. He finished and told me the gutters were not clogged but they had become warped and wouldn’t work properly. He said he would report to the manager and get new sections made and installed. I asked what I needed to do and he said nothing. John showed up today with 2 new LeafGuard sections and installed them. Again with a smile on his face. Great service and John is a fantastic representative of the company. I will recommend LeafGuard of Arkansas to everyone that asks
