“I met Dr. Lyon for the first time. I've always had the other vet see my dogs (or maybe they were techs?), but Dr. Lyon saw my 15 year old dog yesterday, and he was SO kind and understanding. He said my dog looks great for his age. Told me to clean his ears out (easy). Gave me tips on how to feed him with his eating issues. Explained what was going on with a worrisome lump and said I can call if I ever get worried about it. He even just stayed and talked to me for like 5-10 minutes because he saw that I was getting emotional. He has a 15 year old dog, too. We talked about how hard it is to see them get old, and he gave me comfort and reassurance. Just a really great experience.“
“I've been taking my little Boxer here for the last few months. She absolutely loves it here. As soon as we step out of the car she is in full sled dog mode straight to the entrance. And when I pick her up in the evenings she is exhausted from a full day of playing with her friends.“
“I am always happy with the services. Nala is always anxious when she comes in but does great with the doctor and staff. She was extra good this visit not wiggling and breathing so hard during her assessment. I also loved we got offered bloodwork for her senior check up! They can always fit us in and have done same day appointments in the past. They were also so wonderful when I had to euthanize my lab Milo. They took care of everything and made sure my Milo was comfortable and in peace until the end. They really have been outstanding. And for that reason even though we moved from Springdale we continue to travel to Hancock Veterinary for Nala’s appointments.“

“Mystique, our 5 year old pit mix tore her CCL (equivalent to a human’s ACL). She had to have TPLO procedure and not many places do this surgery. We traveled 2 hours for Dr. Dickey and the entire place is amazing! I highly suggest them for any vet needs! If we lived closer, that is where we would go! Everyone is so friendly and caring and they loved on not only Mystique, but we brought her brother Tobi just for the ride and they gave him love too.“
“Dropped off my little devil she was in need of a wash at cut bad. She does not take to people easy yet the gentleman who had her was wonderful. She now looks like the princess she is.“

“We had previously gone to another vet and switched over to All Pets when our Great Dane, Banner, seemed so at ease. He was very nervous at the other vet but turned into a confident pupper when he went to All Pets. From that point we had our dog Luke seen and he had surgery to remove a cyst. Banner was seen to be neutered and he did great. Being such a big dog he did have some issues with swelling and as a precaution they had him come in to be sure nothing else was going on. They eased my momma heart and are so amazing with my babies. Thank you all for your hard work and loving our babies.“
