“I took my Maltese and Shih- Bichon here to be groomed. Gave explicit directions on how to groom. My 6 year old Maltese has never had her ears cut short until now! They were to only trim her ears. Both dogs faces were not properly groomed. Upon calling to talk to the owner was told they would return my call. Never did! $120.00 for the worse haircut they have ever had. Guess they are not even interested in making it right. Never again!“
