I have had both my Bernese mtn dogs groomed here since we moved to NWA in 2017. We love these ladies. Absolutely amazing and beautiful service, the best. Thank you all so much for everything you do. Truly grateful for the service and love you provide our fir babies and our family.

I take my ragdoll cat here for grooming. They’ve done a cut and bath on him. They do an amazing job. The facilities are super clean, staff is friendly and I don’t feel apprehensive about leaving him for his grooming appt.

The staff at New Hope were very kind to us and our boys. They asked a lot of questions to make sure they got it right and made sure to take care with our pup’s physical disability.Hair cuts were great, as expected, and timely.We will be back!
