“Dr. Parker and his staff are friendly, caring and super responsive when you call with a question. We had an older cat that visited Dr. Parker and his staff for his annual exams for many years. As our cat aged he was diagnosed with kidney disease; Dr. Parker was transparent in what we should expect and there for us right up until his passing. Dr. Parker’s team sent us a card to express their condolences. We recently adopted a new healthy kitten and Dr. Parker just completed his exam. We have had several veterinarians over the years due to relocations, etc. and while each practice had good points what really stands out with Sugar Creek Animal Hospital is the consistent service, compassion, and transparency we have received from Dr. Parker and his staff. By far best in class service.”
