Josh came out to give me a price on a new roof. As part of the process he evaluated my existing roof and concluded that it probably has some life left in it. He was very knowledgeable and obviously very honest by potentially turning away or at least delaying an expensive project.

Dr. Shane and his team have been incredible. I went in because of some lower back pain that had been waking me up in the middle of the night. At 27, I found that a little concerning. They did X-rays and found that I have scoliosis and my neck is curved the wrong way. That was a pretty scary thing to hear, but Dr. Shane was very positive and reassuring that we would not only get rid of the pain, but with a treatment plan, get me back to normal so I can go on to live a long and healthy life, and avoid larger health issues as I get older. Since I started going in for my appointments and doing my at home exercises, I have slept through every night without any back pain. On top of that, I’ve noticed real changes to my overall discomfort and health. The treatments and adjustments are working. I always leave the office feeling as good as new. On top of their expertise, Dr. Shane and the team are incredibly kind, welcoming, and work great with scheduling (which is so nice for someone like me with a full time corporate job). I am so grateful for everything they’ve done!
Christmas Decor of NWA lit up our home in wonderful fashion! They put our lights up quick and took them down quick without us even noticing they were here! Our kids loved how bright the lights were and how easy it was to enjoy the Christmas season with them on our house! Thanks again!

Fair, honest, reasonable As far as the review below and as a customer and dear friend of Owners. This lady is completely out of line and still owes the owners over four thousand dollars. As far as finishing slowly. 2 of his employees watched their father die of a heart attack while pouring the driveway on this job. Understandably they had zero interest in ever going back. Its terrible how uneducated hateful people can get on here and run their mocking bird mouth to hurt others. Maybe pay your bill's and service would reflect it.

Okay. So I am doing a review on the hiring process since so many people are complaining about the travel and Wachter not being for family. Actually so far. The recruiter and people person Bodie has made it clear on paper and in words that the field technicians jobs are 100% travel. Ive seen nothing else that states anything different. Bodie and employees have been nothing but transparent, professional and kind. So, I dont see where anyone has the right to complain on here. Ill update in 90 days. Cheers MAK
I love summer and getting outside but was mostly miserable by the end of any day from May to September for all my mosquito bites. I'd used West in the past for spiders in my house and was real pleased with them so thought I'd try the lawn treatment for biting bugs this year. I am super pleased with how much their treatment worked on getting the mosquitoes and gnats (or whatever those tiny biting things are) pretty much wiped out! Year after year I've had to wear all the bug sprays and stick on stuff or bracelets trying to keep me from turning into a giant welp every day! And -they only charge for the months you need them; plus the service guy Patrick was excellent about calling ahead so I could put my dogs up ahead of time. I will definitely use West again next year as well!! Thank you!
Ms. Pam and Ms. Pansy are out of this world fantastic! Not only are they both amazing, caring, and talented human beings, but their entire place is just filled with such a wonderful, almost magical feeling that you feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and peaceful when you are finished. We went as a family to celebrate some special occasions and to spend time together. It was so much more than that. We left floating on air, feeling like a million bucks! We’ll be regulars for sure!

We had A different agency to help with my mom, but she was without care 30 to 40% of the time because they could not get anybody to fill-in when we hired first flight that all changed when someone calls in or can’t be here that’s supposed to be they get somewhere out here usually the same day. I don’t think they’ve even missed one day of service yet. Kaylee is great at getting my mom the care she needs.

I was referred to Hansen by a family member who has used them several times. I called them to fix a leak stemming from a frozen water spigot. They were super responsive, even given the busy holiday season. Cody was professional, efficient, and transparent about the necessary repairs/costing.
