“While it did take us going 3 weeks without water to get somebody out here, Jason (master plumber) and Briar did a fantastic job, I’d recommend them to anybody. Jason’s experience really showed and his trouble shooting abilities saved us from another inevitable major leak. Saved our butts and gave us peace of mind, thanks guys. I don’t remember the name of the last guy from Omni plumbing that came out for the same pipe burst but he left us with a “I hope it holds”, not Jason he takes pride in his work and it shows that he really does care about making sure customers are taken care of properly. Thank you sir for not just fixing the leak but solving our problem completely, big relief. Jason gets 5 stars, the last guy we had would get 2 stars now that I realize this should have and could have been easily solved the last time rather than us getting a $350 bandaid that held for a couple months. “Prompt, professional, and personable. Excellent communication. They did what they said they'd do when they said it would be done.We contacted ITS after a negative experience with another plumber. Bobby came out and examined the situation, provided an estimate and scheduled the repair for as soon as the locates could be completed (outside water leak in ground). The day of the repair, a crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. More equipment was needed and promptly brought out. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to locate the problem. Upon completion, they did an excellent job of cleaning up the area and smoothing everything out.Something of note, as a woman, I have previously had the experience of men wanting to speak only to my husband or talk down to me. That was never the case with any of the gentlemen who worked on my repair. They treated me with respect at every interaction. Excellent communication at every step of the process. “These guys are very good at their job. We had to wait 2 weeks before they could make it out because there is not a lot of people that do what they do. I had been searching for an underground leak for while. They told me if we don’t find the leak you don’t pay. They had the leak found in 15 minutes and of course it was underneath my concrete driveway. They marked exact location and gave me a price to access and repair the leak. I asked when can you schedule this done and they told me right now. That’s all I needed to hear and said let’s get it done. 100 degrees outside, ripping up concrete with a jack hammer and digging more than 2 foot in rocky soil. 1ft by 2ft hole in the concrete and the leaking line was pinpointed perfectly. All in all 2 1/2 hours of work, $400 for the leak detection and $1400 to take care of everything. So happy these guys took care of us and well worth their expertise. “Got the job done. Cost was $268 total to snake main line at house to clean out (100’) to unclog. Then snaked clean out to city man hole across road (150’) so for 250 feet, that’s the rate to help others estimate. There is a tree that grows near the line from house to clean out so my issue was roots.“

“One of the few places I've found to buy the stuff I need for DIY fix its around my home, that doesn't treat me like I don't know what I'm talking about. As much as I hate to say it, being a woman trying to buy parts to fix appliances and such around my home, is pretty hard. As most places, where men are generally the ones working, treat me like I'm stupid when I ask for something. This place has never done that. I tell them what I need, they get it. They don't ask me if I'm sure that's what I need, if I know how to install it, or that they can't sell it to me, bring my husband or someone in, to insure I get the right part. I would recommend this place to anyone who is doing repairs.“
