Spencer is great. Responsive same-day service, zero wasted effort with no up-selling pressure common with other providers, and a fair price for the work done. He's now my go-to plumber for all needs.
Spencer saved us so much time and money! Our pipes froze and I had a called a few other plumbers but they all said they would just add us to the queue with no anticipated time of arrival. I called Spencer and he actually gave us the advice we needed and gave us troubleshooting points that we could try ourselves. Within an hour our water was back to flowing! He was the only one who took the time to ask us questions and did not take advantage of our plumbing ignorance. He was so nice on the phone and next time I will definitely be calling him first!
Called me back timely and I explained my situation with my garbage disposal and he talked me through a simple task on the phone and saved me money. Told him I’d pay him but he was pleased to help me over the phone. Guy is a legend!
