One customer was very happy with a technician who installed a charging circuit for an electric car; he was most capable and knowledgeable, with an exceptionally pleasant manner. Another reviewer said a technician named Casey was great, punctual, knowledgeable, and very helpful. In a detailed account, a customer had duct work replaced under a 1910 Midtown house. After a later inspection, Hansen Electric concluded the duct work was done entirely incorrectly. They corrected it at no charge. While under the house, a technician heard water flowing and realized the water main had disintegrated. The plumbing division came out that evening to start the repair, and by the next day, the customer had a new water main. The reviewer could not say enough about the professionalism and work ethic of the team. Another customer noted a technician came out within 30 minutes of calling, was very polite, and replaced a light fixture.
We upgraded the electrical line for our kitchen appliances during a remodel. The electrician installed dedicated circuits and made sure everything met current code requirements. The work took about a day. Compared to before, the kitchen feels much more reliable when running multiple appliances at once. We no longer experience flickering lights or overloaded breakers during cooking. The electrician also explained everything clearly and kept the workspace organized throughout the installation. It’s an important upgrade that improved both safety and functionality behind the scenes.

We had all of the hard and flexible AC ducting under our 1910 Midtown house replaced in 2022 when Hansen had different ownership. It was a big and expensive job that they amazingly completed in one day; they sent so many trucks someone online wondered if a movie was being filmed. Just before Thanksgiving 2025, I noticed several of the flexible ducts appeared to full of water, and we were generally unhappy with the efficacy of a system that had new ducting and then all of the other equipment replaced.
