About Highlands Veterinary Hospital
Highlands Veterinary Hospital offers affordable and compassionate care for small animals. The staff are welcoming and friendly, making the experience comfortable for both pets and their owners. Services include routine vaccinations, complex surgeries, and diagnostic testing using digital radiology and a state-of-the-art laboratory.
The hospital features a well-stocked pharmacy for take-home medications, along with an online pharmacy for added convenience. Feline patients enjoy a dedicated, quiet exam room, while canines have two exam rooms equipped with treats. The veterinarians and staff, particularly Dr. Bodie, are known for their gentle care and willingness to explain procedures thoroughly. This ensures that pet owners fully understand their pets' needs. Many customers have praised the staff for their attentiveness and the pleasant atmosphere, noting how they go above and beyond to help both pets and their owners.
My cat rescue has been using Highlands for years. We LOVE them! We drive all the way from Pensacola because they're so wonderful. One of the most fantastic things about them is that their everyday price for a cat spay is $60. That is a price that you cannot get anywhere. The fact that Dr. Brodie understands how important spay and neuter is for family pets is AWESOME! Can you imagine what an impact it would have on animal shelters and rescues if all vets offered affordable space and neuters? The staff is GREAT! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can't say enough about how great Highlands is.
Highlands is a great, clean and inviting place. I take both of my dogs here and have used them for everything from regular yearly shots to spay and dental work for both of my dogs and have had no trouble. I highly recommend trusting them with your fur babies.
The team at Highlands is nothing less than incredible. Dr. Bodie and her staff go above and beyond. My pets are loved on, treated like family, and receive top notch care. They are kind, knowledgeable, and caring. I am grateful they care enough to educate me about my pets, and don't hesitate to make sure they receive treatment when needed, including referrals to outside entities in extenuating circumstances to ensure my babies receive timely treatment, rather than staving off emergency care. Compassion is flowing from the front to the back. My cats and dogs both love going! I can't express how highly reccomended they are! Thank you Highlands Team! 🖤
