The young man was very professional that came to our house. He went straight to work, he answered every question my wife and I had, and we were satisfied with every answer he gave us. We would appreciate it,if you can send him to our house every time we need our air-conditioning checked, and are fixed (if we need it). We used Air Specialty to put in a new heat pump and ductwork. This replaced a unit way over 30 years old. They come every 6 months to inspect and service the unit. I like that. The charge is something like $100 a year. The technicians are always very nice.Service: HVAC system maintenance

Always friendly and accommodating! Had my regular twice a year maintenance completed but also felt like something was wrong. They sent a technician out the same day and they discovered I had a bad module motor and they replaced same day which was covered mostly under warranty! Great service.
