“We have booked a 1 hour couples massage on two different occasions.

For our first massage Sophia and Lucy did a remarkable job. Sophia checked occasionally to make sure she was applying the right amount of pressure for my wife. I had been having some back pain, so Lucy did a knee walk on my back (hard pressure that I requested). It was great. She followed with more standard massage techniques for the rest of my massage.

When we learned it was an option, we requested a male/female team (male for her, female for me). Leo and Lucy did a great job. They provide a professional massage and both visits included the option for the hot stones at no upcharge. On this second visit, my wife opted for a combo back/foot massage (she had some foot pain which Leo helped relieve) plus the hot stones. I opted to skip the stones because Lucy was working my back and I didn't want to stop.

All in all, the entire staff is friendly and professional. We will visit again.

I think everyone needs to try one session so they can have a better understanding of the benefits its unique approach provides to ensure your body is aligned physically, mentally, and emotionally. It's a complex process, but Nadine is skillful and the biggest thing for me was she jumped right into wanting to correct as many of the issues and symptoms as she could for me during just the first session. She asks you how hard to press on your muscles, asks if you’re having problems in any specific area at every visit, asks what type of music or ambient noise (or none) to help you relax, her massage room is clean, cozy, and inviting. She has different methods available to release tension on tight or stiff muscles, and can help in pain management. Do not let your mind creep you out about Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage!! It is wonderful!! And you can’t even tell if it is her hands or her feet. But by using her feet she can manipulate muscles in a larger area as well as not having her hands get tired if you are getting a deep tissue 60-90 minute massage. It truly is amazing! Extra points for being a North Alabama native girl! I found her by getting a gift certificate for Christmas a few years ago. I’ll be a client from now on!“
