Alexi is so knowledgeable of hair health and does a great job at making mental notes of her clients hair. She remembers how your hair did the last appointment, what it needs, and recommends amazing products that genuinely help based on your hair needs. She pays attention to detail and I’ve never left the salon not extremely happy with my hair! I feel like each salon visit, I leave knowing more about what my hair needs. I’ve noticed great progress of my hair breaking much less and barely any split ends if any. I don’t need trims as often. I had hair underneath that needed to catch up with the rest of my length. After purchasing products Alexi recommended and taking more time to be mindful of my hair with other products outside if hair washes, I’ve seen areas of my hair that usually break stop breaking over time. Every tip I’ve taken from Alexi has helped TONS!!! She is also great at consultations and helping you figure out what you want to do with your hair if you have questions!!!! “I was in town visiting family, so I went to Ling's Haven Spa for the first time. I've been getting monthly deep tissue massages for over eight years, and I can absolutely say the massage I got at Ling's was one of the best.I was super impressed with how nice the place was and how professional the staff is. My dad, who is undergoing cancer treatment also got a massage on the same day (his first ever) and he enjoyed it. I was very pleased with how they treated him and really focused on the areas he is in pain.If I lived in this area, I would be a regular customer. I can't recommend this place enough.“
