The infrared sauna is perfect. In its own private room, with numerous amenities for your convenience & comfort. The entire facility was immaculately clean & inviting. Looking forward to experiencing their other services.

I was in town visiting family, so I went to Ling's Haven Spa for the first time. I've been getting monthly deep tissue massages for over eight years, and I can absolutely say the massage I got at Ling's was one of the best.I was super impressed with how nice the place was and how professional the staff is. My dad, who is undergoing cancer treatment also got a massage on the same day (his first ever) and he enjoyed it. I was very pleased with how they treated him and really focused on the areas he is in pain.If I lived in this area, I would be a regular customer. I can't recommend this place enough.

Such a gem of a place here in Hampton Cove…George was warm, kind & inviting at the front desk and Ling is a true professional and such a sweet person….my massage was amazing. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing and welcoming and I recommend this experience to everyone!
