Short story: I got connected with The Total Joint Physical Therapy and Anna Grace…who subsequently literally walked me through prehab and rehab for 2 Total Knee Replacements(TKR) in 2025!
I’ve returned to the gym 2 days a week, and am walking 20-30 minutes a day with NO knee pain! It’s been only 4 months since the 2nd TKR!

“I was connected to Kristen via referral of a current client of his and couldn’t be more grateful for that referral. I’m located in Houston, Texas but was in Birmingham for the holidays and Kristen was gracious enough to work me into his busy schedule.
