“I just finished 5 weeks of post op knee rehabilitation with Adam and the crew at Encore Vestavia, and I could not be more pleased. The location is great with easy parking. The gym is clean with plenty of equipment, and the large floor length windows complete a pleasant environment. The main therapist - Adam - is kind, competent, and thorough in his initial evaluation of patients, and he communicates closely with the local orthopedists and sports doctors. This location frequently hosts PT students doing their clinical rotations, and I was lucky enough to get to work with one. The setup allows more one-on-one personal attention, and Seth's infectious enthusiasm was motivational. Sessions were challenging, and my knee is back to normal in record time. Thanks guys!“

After waking up one morning with extreme pain radiating from my shoulder blade to my fingers, I was told by two neurosurgeons I needed surgery to repair the slipped disk in my neck.
