“I have been struggling with urinary incontinence since I gave birth in 2017. I had a hysterectomy due to uterine prolapse but my pelvic floor never recovered.3-4 months ago my gym partner Shay told me to check out Thrive PT due to my insecurities in the gym. She hooked me up with an apt with Leah and I have never more grateful. I’m noticing a big difference with just 4-5 visits. I’m not a self conscious person but I have never felt uncomfortable at Thrive and I look forward to my appointments. Not to mention the clean environment and friendly staff :)“
