I recently had hip replacement surgery. Kristen was able to give me specific exercises to increase strength and stability around my new joint. I felt stronger a few days after our first appointment. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. I love his approach to PT and highly recommend him.

10x Physiotherapy is a wonderful organization. Kristen was very thorough in doing an analysis on my daughter to determine what was wrong with her. Through certain exercises and treatment options we determined what the best course of action would be. Had her back in no time! Highly highly recommend this courteous and highly professional staff!

Kristin offered me constant assistance in figuring out my injury, describing the source of the injury, and helping me create a series of exercises and stretches to relieve my pain when I’m not able to come to therapy.
