“I’m a grandmother! I love working in the yard, going hiking, and playing with my grands! However, my 70 year-old arthritic knees began to seriously limit how physically active I could be. I’m located in Houston, Texas but was in Birmingham for the holidays and Kristen was gracious enough to work me into his busy schedule.
