“I’m a grandmother! I love working in the yard, going hiking, and playing with my grands! However, my 70 year-old arthritic knees began to seriously limit how physically active I could be. I was tired of it! TBH, I was hesitant to go to any PT because previous experiences provided little to no assessment and/or one-on-one time with a therapist. Short story: I was introduced to Anna Grace, who evaluated/assessed what I needed, made a plan to meet my goals …and literally walked me through prehab & rehab for TWO total knee replacements in 2025-yes, one year! A couple of weeks later and an approx 20 minute surgery, voila...no more pain!
