I had my first delivery to this facility. It's a large plant they make water heaters. I got there at 8:00 and I was empty by 8:30. The gentleman that unloaded me was kind enough to answer my questions about the product they make and how they would use the material I delivered. It was a very good experience.

A very good experience here.Staff was nice. Check in at Gate 1. Then they will prompt you to gate 4. If your a live unload you have to drop trailer and wait bobtail and park by the security office. They will notify when the truck is unloaded. Drop and Hooks are in the same area. I did arrive early. My appointment was at 8:00am and they excepted me at 7:00am

SUPER FRIENDLY AS CHECK-IN AT GATE 1 AFTER THAT YOU WILL EXIT TO THE STREET YOU WILL GO TO GATE 4 TO THE TRAILER YARD CHECK-IN AT THE GATE 4 BOOTH THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY THERE MAKE YOUR TRAILER CHANGE AND THAT'S IT
