“We chose this dentist due to it being the only other one in Hazel Green. The other stopped taking our insurance and I regret ever coming to this one. Unfortunately this office left me with terrible teeth sensitivity that I've never experienced in my life. My lower front teeth have hurt since I walked out of this building a couple months ago now. The slightest breath I take hurts so I've had to modify how I breathe and talk. Also hot and cold foods hurt me terribly when I've never had any issues like this before so I've also had to change what foods I eat and how I eat them. I've always had great home care with very minimal plaque and brush twice a day and floss. The lady who cleaned my teeth kept grinding away at them and I did ask her to stop and to not do that to my upper teeth when she got to them and she tried to justify by saying there was evidence of bad oral hygiene which just isn't true. I'm glad I had the guts to ask her to stop otherwise she would've ruined my top teeth as well. I'm now trying to find another dentist. They did repair a filling for my child and a new cavity he had and he has not complained about that. If you're in the area and need to use them in a pinch for an emergency then I'd suggest them if the other local dentist doesn't have an appointment available first.“
