I like the dentist and hygienists but the company in general has no empathy and just doesn't care. My 4 yo daughter has been dealing with tooth decay but they keep rescheduling her appointment then the next appointment is months away. I'm telling them she's in pain and they just reply we'll call you back. The lack of empathy for a child at a family dentist is beyond me. I guess since they accept Medicaid. They feel like the patients aren't worthy.

Took my grandson for an appointment last Monday @ 945, after 10 minutes, they told us that his doctor was not going to be in, we drove all the way from New Market, they never called us that it was canceled, enough said!

Made an appointment @ 8a to get chipped tooth fixed. Took 2 hrs to get my tooth x-rays and told I could sit all day or reschedule by Dr. Terrible customer service. Next appointment 6 weeks so make sure you have an actual appointment.
