5/5 Stars. I have never had such a great experience at an eye doctor before in my life. The front desk was super sweet and my technician, Kylie, was so kind to me and extremely knowledgeable. (She made me feel soooo comfortable since I don’t love going to the eye doctor.) I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new eye doctor and could not be more grateful for how the staff treated me!!!
I had a great experience at My Eye Dr in Madison. I originally got prescription sunglasses and when they came in I just didn't love them. The assistant who was helping me, Emily, saw the look on my face. She helped me find the pair of glasses I did want and had them remade for me! It was no extra cost to me. The staff at this office is friendly and helpful. We have been going here for years, our children now too, with no issue or complaint.
I have had the most amazing experience!! I have been going here for a few years now. and my experience has been just incredible everytime!! Dr. Cecil is hands down the BEST!!!! I love all his staff everytime I come in, Emily is the best at picking out frames for not only me, but my picky kids. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!
