“I recently changed locations from Brentwood TN to Madison AL. I had an appt on 6/26/26. My gps quit working on my way for my appt, making me 10 minutes late. They were most kind in giving me verbal directions over the phone and seeing me even tho I was late. The entire visit was a joy!! All of the staff were kind and helpful. Dr H, was amazing. Very kind, respectful and informative. Explaining everything to me in detail. Katie?!? Out front, a true asset to her employer. Again, very helpful and kind. The staff was so nice and was patient with my daughter. Dr. Alderton was friendly and did not anger with her constant crying. He suggested she began patching and broke down what was going on with her eyes easily for me to understand. I appreciate the great experience.“

“I am not from around here, and I have been disappointed by many medical places around here. However, Sullins stands above the rest for service. While they do show you all options, they are not annoying about the up sale. They have fixed my glasses and replaced lens under warranty instead of just telling me to buy a new pair. The doctor is upfront, but kind and the associates are knowledgeable and friendly.“
