I recently changed locations from Brentwood TN to Madison AL. I had an appt on 6/26/26. My gps quit working on my way for my appt, making me 10 minutes late. They were most kind in giving me verbal directions over the phone and seeing me even tho I was late. The entire visit was a joy!! All of the staff were kind and helpful. Dr H, was amazing. Very kind, respectful and informative. Explaining everything to me in detail. Katie?!? Out front, a true asset to her employer. Again, very helpful and kind. I have and will continue to recommend this location to anyone. Not only was my visit amazing I got 2 pair of affordable and fun pairs of glasses for a more than decent price.
I had gone to hopefully correct a previous visit at a different location which left me blurry with contacts or glasses. This location was the best eye exam I ever had. The entire staff from beginning to end was a 10. The doctor took the time and effort to explain what we were doing and why. I walked out seeing perfectly with a completely different type of contacts. If you’re looking for an eye place that’s not sky high and cares give this one a shot!!
Well waited a while to get new glasses was worried about exams and prices even though I have good insurance cost me 28$ and they fixed my issues and glasses within 4 days who knew so happy to 👀 better and service was 👏 thanks so much ❤
