“Rachel G is the sweetest young lady that helped my husband and I. Since we have only recently been back to Huntsville, after my husband went through a bone marrow transplant back in March with a stay in Birmingham for 3 months, my glasses were broke for the last 4 days and with every other week drives to UAB ( this week esp.) I couldn't see to drive him there. She was prompt, scheduled me an appointment for the next day up in Madison, and helped me get my current lenses into a very excellent fit set of frames this day, so that I could see to drive home and then go to the new Madison branch that was super close to us that had just opened and I was so very impressed by the kindness of this place, as well as, the professionalism we saw. You have just gained three new patients. An additional praise to the new Madison branch with Jessica Patterson, Melissa Chan, O.D., and the sweet lady that did my eye test. I forgot her name but she was so very kind, answering all of my questions as well. The doctor, Melissa Chan is wonderful. We really like her. Again Thank you so very much Rachel G. for helping us that day and setting us up with the Madison branch really close to us where we live. When no one else had openings in Madison anywhere we called or were out 1 to 2 weeks, you all came through so that I could get my husband to UAB this week for his doctor appointments.
