“Better than I expected. This is our first pet experience, so I was a bit nervous about being overcharged or taken advantage of because pur lack of knowledge. But we were pleasantly surprised by first how the office didn't smell like dog, and by how accommodating they were to our newness and the children. The tech was great, and I like how they take the dog into another area to perform the care. We appreciated all of the advice and care that the Vet gave us, and it was an experience that solidified where we would go for his care. Very reasonable and competitive prices for puppy care, which was good but it was the other stuff that made it a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.“
