“Today was our first visit with Dr. Dougia, and I was so happy with the care and attention both my new kitten and I received!
After some pretty traumatic experiences with my late cat, finding a veterinarian I felt comfortable trusting again was extremely important to me. I definitely came into this appointment with a mental checklist of things I was looking for to decide whether this hospital would be the right fit for me and my pets.
From the moment I walked through the door, I had a great experience. The office was clean, comfortable, and homey (and somehow smelled amazing 😂). Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind and genuinely seemed happy to be there and to care for the animals coming through the door.
Dr. Dougia was wonderful! She was fun, down to earth, thorough, and most importantly, I never felt like our appointment was being rushed. She took her time with us and made me feel comfortable asking questions, which was very high on my list when looking for a new veterinarian.
Obviously this was only our first visit, but first impressions mean a lot, and ours was an excellent one. I left feeling really good about choosing Meridianville Pet Hospital for my little Poppy’s care. 🌸🐾”
