Such a great practice! I always feel I’m being well cared for. The patient portal allows access to message the practitioners who always answer promptly. Also allows access to my own health information, pay bill online, etc. Everyone is so helpful and responsive.

My husband and I have been patients at Innova since we moved here 3 years ago and we recommend them hands down. I have struggled to find great Healthcare in the Huntsville area for other health needs, but for our Primary Care, I am so thankful to have found the Innova team. If we are sick, they get us in in person or telehealth right away and follow up as needed to be sure we are taken care of. They clearly have a well designed system and great team culture and it shines through. I particularly love that Innova is woman owned, as well. Our latest health issue is another bout of Covid. Everyone there is extremely professional, nice and efficient. From the check in process to my discussion with Dr Diaz I always felt my needs were being met. I’ve never had a physician spend as much time with me as Dr Diaz did. She wanted to make sure I understood all elements of our discussion and to make sure I was comfortable.
