I’ve been with Brown for six years now and have been extremely pleased. This time the technician drove out on a Saturday afternoon late to fix my AC. I wisely bought the Brown shield membership and my cost for him to drive out and give a diagnosis was zero. I needed no parts or I would’ve gotten 20% off those. It was a pretty simple fix relatively but still the nice guy drove a long way round-trip and was here 30 minutes or more. I know they installed this AC and furnace six years ago and has always worked fine. I failed to timely replace the filter and possibly the drainage system had a little extra water in it. I needed to have the old LP gas pressure regulator for my generator replaced. I had used Brown Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electical before and was very much satisfied with their service, so I got Mike Martin, of Brown Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electical to send me an estimate after he had repaired a problem with the hot water pressure at the kichen sink. After I approved the estimate, the part was ordered. Once the part was received, Ron Hamilton was scheduled to do the service.
