I had a 20-year-old, 50 gallon water heater tank that was leaking. It was installed in a small closet right next to an HVAC system. I had two plumbers come out from another company and tell me that there was not enough space to remove the tank unless I had the HVAC removed first. Since this is July in Alabama, I wasn't willing to take the A/C out. Instead, I cut the door frame on one side to make a couple more inches of space. Then another plumber came out and said that the coolant and gas lines to the heater would still have to be cut. No thanks. Finally, I got in touch with Brown, and they sent Edgar out to do the job. I can not say enough good things about this company. I’ve used them for two years installing brand new systems in a 100 year old house and servicing issues and maintenance. They ALWAYS show up when they say they will and their techs are knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend for plumbing and AC.
Super professional! We hadn’t had our unit serviced in over 7years. Lots of build up was found in the system making it work hard to cool and keep a decent temp in the house. The customer service and professionalism was above and beyond. Highly recommend!
