“I don’t get my nails done often and popped in here randomly for an event due to the convenience of the location and their hours having no clue what to expect. I have now been back twice since then and can confidently say this is the best nail salon I’ve been to in Birmingham! My gel polish lasts SO long and does not chip at all. The attention to detail on the manicure and pedicure were amazing. I’ve really never been someone with a go to nail salon but now I’m going to start because I’m so impressed by charm!”

“Don't get me wrong. They definitely took good care of my feet. I got a CBD gel pedicure and it was truly a luxurious experience. My feet felt so relieved afterwards. My only reason for not giving the 5 stars is because the staff was not as friendly as I expected. It seems like the clients coming in were more welcoming than the actual people who work there. I made it a point to be friendly, patient and of course, express gratitude because this is considered customer service and from working in it for many years, I know it gets daunting. However, it just wasn't the most friendly nail experience compared to other salons I've been to.”
