The place is very clean and welcoming, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is described as friendly, nice, and great at their work. One customer particularly praised the stylist Andy, who they love for the way he does their nails. Another customer had a last-minute visit on a holiday and was pleased with the great service they received for their pedicure.

However, one customer had a less positive experience, with their gel nails chipping significantly the day after their wedding despite being a regular customer. The salon's method of removing the gel, involving soaking and picking, was also described as uncomfortable. This customer expressed hesitation about returning to the salon in the future.
