Perfect Nails is a long-standing nail salon with many loyal customers, some visiting for over 20 or 25 years. The service is consistently described as awesome and perfect every time. Customers love the friendly staff, who are willing to accommodate needs. The setting is lovely and calming. Services include acrylic nails, pedicures, and hand and foot massages. Specific staff members are praised for excellent work on nails and the best pedicures, creating a place customers are excited to return to.
Don't get me wrong. They definitely took good care of my feet. I got a CBD gel pedicure and it was truly a luxurious experience. My feet felt so relieved afterwards. My only reason for not giving the 5 stars is because the staff was not as friendly as I expected. It seems like the clients coming in were more welcoming than the actual people who work there. I made it a point to be friendly, patient and of course, express gratitude because this is considered customer service and from working in it for many years, I know it gets daunting. However, it just wasn't the most friendly nail experience compared to other salons I've been to.
If used them for as long as I can remember. Debbie does an excellent job and I’ll be returning soon. I’m so excited I actually leave on the side of town now!Services: Hand & foot massages
I'm from out of town, and came in for a pedicure. It was a very lovely and calming setting, went straight too the chair and got service. Definitely will b back before I return home.
