Very polite staff. They’re incredibly intentional with how they handle your hands/feet and never rough. I have gotten gelx with Emily the past few times I have been and they last 5 weeks. The quality and durability is definitely worth the price I paid of $70.
Visiting Birmingham and my daughter wanted pedicure and nails before wedding we’re attending. Her acrylics were grown out. They were super busy at 5:30 PM on a Friday but worked us in and did excellent job. They removed old acrylic and used dip powder on her natural nails. They spent their time, and even stayed 15 minutes after closing time to do small finishing touches they easily could have skipped. Super friendly people!
Im visiting Birmingham for college campus visits, and need my nails redone. 5/5 stars!!!! Everyone was so nice, funny, chill, and had great energy!! My nail tech today was so attentive and payed an outstanding attention to detail; Did fantastic work with my nails! If I come back here for college, Genesis will definitely be my #1 go to!
