“A tornado came through and knocked a 100 foot tree across our house tearing a very large hole in one of our bedrooms that my family members were sleeping in and other smaller holes along the backside of the house. Rain continued to pour in for several hours causing quite a stressful situation. We called Servepro and Dennis was out out here quickly. He was very patient, very compassionate and extremely thorough. He has this ability to stay calm and calm others as well. We felt so blessed to have Dennis work with us. He was very communicative and always kept us up to date on the remediation process.
